Great place to live, great neighbors, great pool! Great for pets too!

There is ALWAYS construction happening, your car will most likely get towed, there aren’t enough visitor spots, and you can’t set up a phone number for the gate if you’re out of state. The only thing I like are my roommates, the location, and the employees.

Great Location to live if you work in Buckhead or Brookhaven. Just be aware of the monthly fees or any special assessments before you buy.

Very poor experience all around. The buildings have several issues, mainly leaks, that aren't being addressed. Below par management, increasing HOA dues, original electrical, HVAC, plumbing are not up to code owner is responsible. Other tenants are nice, but it was hell trying to get out of that place! Good luck
