Nothing but good things to say about this complex! Its quiet, the neighbors are friendly, maintenance issues are resolved quickly, grounds are clean enough. My only gripe is package delivery has been a pain, but isn't that just one of the many gifts of COVID?
Love it here! The staff is wonderful and incredibly helpful to assist anything that is needed. Premises are always clean, work orders are completed within 24-48 hours and the property management team members are a PLEASURE - Shandrika has been so helpful with whatever we need. Great place to live!!
Ask for Phyllis! Phyllis made our move so easy and stress free. She’s super professional and knows her stuff. We we’re in a time crunch, toured, got approved, and signed our lease all in a few days!
Sadly, this property can’t empty the garage cans outside of the complex for days with poop bags piled around the full cans - makes you wonder how well maintained the interior is
