Love the apartment's, love the area. Just wish the prices were a lil more affordable.
These are the oldest structures in the immediate area. However, they are in a great location. These are probably the only way an average income individual can live in a luxury atmosphere. A good value for that area but a bad deal in you were somewhere other than Brookhaven.
Convenient for walking to resturants, shops and MARTA. GREAT location and value. There's always a waitung list to get into these apartment. People move in and never want to move out.
Great cheap housing and a nice area
