My new favorite dentist office! I was able to book very easy with the help of Chantel and the hygienist Anabel made me feel so comfortable and informed about my teeth. Jamey at the front desk was also very helpful in giving me information about teeth whitening. Already have my next appointment scheduled!

I’ve never been one to go to the dentist as much as one should, but that’s because I didn’t ever have good experiences. Dr. Ibrahim showed me that not all dentists are created equal. From the moment I got to the office through the end I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I was nervous because I needed a tooth extraction but I’m glad I came here. I am most definitely coming back for my implant! Thank you Dr. Ibrahim and the entire team!

Furst time there. Was above and beyond excellent. Professional helpful compassionate. Also helpful shouting payment arrangements if Insurance coverage was not enough. So glad I fund them. Dr. Ibrahim and staff wonderful.

Came in for a broken tooth .Office environment was clean.person that answers the phones is rude and unprofessional. Wide awake for extraction do not recommend extremely painful.Given over the counter Motrin as pain relief after extraction and stitches in gums. Called next day to complain about severe pain. Told to call back in 5 days if I am still in pain. No thanks jigsaw will definitely not be returning to a hackjob that doesn't listen to patients needs because not every person is the same regarding pain tolerance. Was gonna bring my kids here but will definitely pass on that idea. Do not recommend told me to take over the counter drugs for pain definitely a hackjob. Or maybe it was because Im black who knows but I do not recommend services here.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! If I could give a 0 stars I would. I came here for a cleaning, but of course I had to get X-rays first. After X-rays, I was told I couldn’t get a cleaning because I needed crowns, a root canal, and treatment for gum disease. I’ve never had an issue with my teeth, and couldn’t understand how all of these things could be a problem, yet I had no symptoms indicating an issue. The fact that they were eager to do all of the listed work immediately that day should have been my first clue they were out to make a quick buck. After they used multiple scare tactics to get me to agree to their services, I politely declined and let them know I would be getting a second opinion. I sent them an email requesting that my X-rays be sent to my new dental office, and it took them almost a month to get me my X-rays. When I went to the new dental office for a second opinion, the dentist who has been in the business for decades saw absolutely no issues other than a need for a cleaning. I can’t believe a company would be so greedy that they are willing to lose clients by trying to take advantage. Even worse is the fact that many innocent people probably believed this dentist and have been scammed. This is a poor excuse for a business and I’m filing a report with the BBB.

Took my baby here for the first time and it was quick and efficient. Nice and clean environment. Front desk girls are nice! Didn’t wait no more than 10 min. Dr. Ibrahim checked and clean my baby’s teeth very gentle and gave me informative tips on how to keep my baby’s teeth, tongue, and gums clean. 10/10 recommend

Great experience! I'm switching to Pearl for my dental needs - they are more thorough and experienced than my general dentist. I was told by my general dentist that I needed a root canal but upon deeper examination by Pearl there was no infection or need to perform a root canal. I appreciate the time and effort they took to do a thorough exam! Saved me the stress of a painful procedure and saved me the cost of a root canal that I don't need yet.

First visit to Pearl 6-13-22 was wonderful. Friendly, clean and Very professional. Love that it's close to my house and plenty of parking.

I have to say this office staff as a whole is awesome. I’m glad I picked the right dentist for my child. We travel 2 hrs to get here and we feel right at home. Thank You!
