I had a pretty terrible recent experience 5/31/24. I felt like I spent most of my visit just sitting in a chair waiting for someone. Check in to check out was two hours for a basic cleaning. Front desk girls were very nice as always. The dentist was extremely late but at least she was apologetic. The oral hygienist left right before starting and didn't return until much later. No explanation or apologies. It was the first time I was close to walking out of a dental cleaning appointment. My past experiences have been great so not sure what happened this time.

I cannot say enough good things about the crew at this dentistry. I had an emergency with broken and chipped teeth. Dr. Patel got me in the same day I called and did amazing work on my teeth, making them look better than before the accident and with a cost that was less than other dentist offices. Dr.Patel was extremely knowledgeable and explained thoroughly everything she was going to do with amazing results! Melissa explained all the finance options with me and Eunice picked out a perfect color for my teeth! Amazing experience all around

Dr. Patel is an excellent dentist. She communicates clearly, takes pride in her work, and puts her patients’ best interests first. Tiffany and Melissa at the front desk are also gems.

My first visit was a pleasant experience. However upon my 2nd visit for whitening, the dental assistant Marjorie seemed extremely inexperienced and had terrible bedside manner. Before the session began I was asking general questions such as the pain level, what to expect, how long the procedure would take…… which she said two sessions, two 15 minutes totaling 30 mins and some after care but the whole session would be an hour and a half. In between my sessions I needed to take a bathroom break and she was very rude…… said if I go something bad would happen to my gums and the material might be ingested? Which I didn’t understand and causes immediate panic also bc I could not speak because of the device on my face. I felt very vulnerable and like there was not enough care in the manner in which she was speaking during the process. Also before the first session began she didn’t know how to use the whitening device or place it on my face… another dental assistant had to do it then then second time she did it herself but it was not done in the same manner and was loose on my face. After my second session she said she was wrong and it wasn’t two but four sessions and they would be more painful. This was not what I was initially told so did not feel comfortable working with her any further. After reviewing the results, they were not great as new decalcifications were highlighted and looked worse and did not blend in. I was then shamed and told if you brush better these would not develop and can go away over time. The total for the procedure was $545 with negative results. I no longer wish to work with this dentistry and do not recommend due to this terrible experience, lack of professionalism, and terrible bedside manner.

First of all, everyone is very nice. I just don’t agree with how they come at you to upgrade services. I wanted a cleaning but was told I needed a deep cleaning. So, even if I had a regular cleaning I was basically told it would be a waste of time. It would be 900.00 out of pocket after insurance for the deep cleaning process. I just moved to Houston but will be going back to my regular dentist in the woodlands. I should have paid more attention when the receptionist told me when making the appointment - - - that after they take X-rays, there will be a consultation to go over prices for cleaning. It’s very uncomfortable because it’s like talking to car salesmen; a bit overwhelming. I have never ever experienced this at a dentist office, so I was not prepared and pretty angry because I feel like I wasted time going to them. Now I have to go to the trouble of getting my X-rays from this place and get a second opinion. Insurance allots X-ray coverage once per year so beware.

My recent visit for routine care and cleaning was good overall. However, I had an issue with billing. I was charged a $5 office visit fee, which I believed was covered by my insurance. When I questioned this and showed my plan details, the staff insisted I was wrong. To avoid an argument, I paid the $5. Later, I contacted my insurance company, who confirmed the fee should not have been charged. They called the office, and I eventually received a refund. However, I never received an apology from the staff. I'm disappointed with how the situation was handled. The staff member seemed impolite and unwilling to consider the possibility of an error, even when presented with documentation. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the charge but felt ignored. While the dental care was satisfactory, I advise future patients to carefully review their bills from this office. The lack of customer service and billing competence in this instance was concerning.

Tiffany Peters is welcoming, professional, and thorough while discussing finances. Viet Tran is an exceptional dental hygienist. Also, he is relatable, professional, and tactful while discussing any issues that I need to improve on with my dental care. I will continue to come back if these two workers stay at this location.

Dr. Patel did a wonderful job filling my cavity. She was kind, considerate and the procedure was pain free! She and Taylor make a great team!

If there is zero review I would give but unfortunately thats not available. I went for new patient and I told them I would like to do my regular check and cleaning, they didnt do the cleaning and kept pushing treatments and other products. When I decided to go with the gum treatment they recommended I tried to schedule and the call center told me you will get a call to go over pricing and schedule and I never got it. Then one day they call me after like a week, and I requested to cancel any treatment or schedule. Then I received an email with me not showing to appointment and charging me payment for my appointment. Disappointing and disorganized

The staff is great and personable. Had a pleasant experience getting my my permanent crowns put in. Dr. Motino was extremely patient and caring and they did a fantastic job with my crowns/cleaning! Would highly recommend this place!
