Not only do I have to pay $80-$150 per class just to access my homework, but access is unreliable. Every time you open MyLab you are not sent to your Course Home page; but instead to a shameless ad for their e-text for the course you are taking as if you had not already dropped unnecessary cash on this "service." Pearson seems to have done everything possible to distance you entirely from getting real customer service. It is difficult to find a customer service number on their website and the online process for filing a complaint or error is tedious and ineffective. After e-mailing evidence of their technological error which resulted in my having to purchase another account (their suggestion), I was charged for two accounts and never refunded. Spineless operation that does not care about the well-being or financial state of students working toward an education.
