I have been going to Roxborough family practice for over 20 years, the staff there has ALWAYS been amazing to me and my family. You are seen in a timely fashion and everyone treats you like family. Dr. Pedano, Courtney and Melanie are ANGELS!! I would recommend them to anyone..
The doctors have always been fine, but unfortunately the staff members are extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I have been a patient of Dr. Pedano and Melanie Santiago on and off since I was about 12 years old, but will not be going back, or recommending their practice to anyone I know.
I absolutely love her and her staff. They are very personable and responsive.
I don't no what people say about her but what I can say is that she is a great person she isn't my doctor but know people who who does see her and I use to work at sunrise senior living she take great care and she lesson to them I hear nothing but nice things about her
