This place is so unprofessional. Do not waste your time. They want you to make an appointment through the phone, but yet have you waiting for over an hour to even speak to someone. The call center needs to do better.

It used to be great; the answering service is horrible. Patient care has severely declined. Do yourself a favor, find a different provider.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Ite seems they stop seeing patients since the Covid-19. I have been calling since August 14, 2020 since they messed up my ultrasound referral and been calling to change blood pressure meds cause they are too strong. No one answers or call you back. I had to resort to scheduling an appointment at a new doctor's.

Horrible I been callin for months for me and my children no one return calls also today I waited more than 30mins listening to that dumb recording playin music still no answer it’s pathetic I will be contacting the big bosses!!!!

The providers are all really kind, they take the time to listen to you and address your concerns. They helped me with fertility questions, and made me feel really comfortable. They’re also trauma informed, do a lot of medical best practices that other places don’t do!

We have been trying to reach the practice just to schedule an appointment. Multiples calls all end the same, no one answers and a voicemail box is full. Shameful. How are people supposed to get care here!?!
