Shriners Hospitals for Children

I am a Zamora Roadrunner Shriner from Birmingham Alabama, this is not one of our normal hospitals but I got the opportunity to take this patient transport trip. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with open arms. Words can not describe how they treated our patient. The people who work for the Shriners hospital work selflessly to improve the lives of children everyday. And we got great advice of where to find the best cheese steaks.

This hospital very caring. From the front desk to the actual surgeon. I couldn't have been more pleased with our situation. I've donated to this place for years. I'll keep on donating.

They always treated us warmly. Sweet to the children. Great indoor play area with theatre, grocery store, dress up area, etc.

The personals are very nice,and they try to do everything careful.Also,they can talk about my feelings. A huge thank you to Physician Assistant Casey, she is attentive and kind, she examined my son's leg, talked to us and put him at ease. All the staff are very friendly, thank you all. God bless you!

First place that ever gave my daughter a diagnosis of CP after 1 1/2 of no answers. Even when our insurance denies for special equipment she needs. Shriners always takes care of her. Absolutely best staff. the cafeteria staff are so friendly and the food is great and so inexpensive. My daughter loves it there.

This hospital is the best orthopedics. They are very welcoming for the kids & very kid friendly especially the lady on the 1st floor where you first check in at: i always will recommend this place to any parent is needs to bring their child here !

I normally don’t donate to charity but after seeing the commercial and reading all of the amazing stories on here I have decided to be a monthly donor. It’s great to know my monthly donation is going to such an amazing organization. Thanks for all you do!

Wonderful beyond belief. Words can not describe the facility and the care. I supported them for years based upon reputation. but I recently had reason to spend time there and the level of dedication to the children is beyond belief. They deal with some major child problems and the skill is to be admired but beyond that the way they make the children comfortable while they must face monumental challenges is just unbelievable. 10 stars to the skill of the surgeons, 10 stars to the after care and the nurse staff, 10 stars to the design of the facility and how everything is designed to help bring the child to ease and comfort.

I think that hospital is the best hospital for children I love the success rate keep up the good work all the nurses and doctors you make families feel very warm and blessed thank you for the good work that you do
