I’ve been coming here for a year and have to say Dr Padrez is such a great Doctor. He cares for your baby and he actually listens and answers to all your questions. He’s very loving and caring to my baby and I really appreciate that. I definitely recommend him.
Efficient and professional. We have enjoyed all the doctors and staff. They get the job done while being so busy and dealing with stressed and frazzled clientele. Thanks!
This place is great. Our doctor was incredible. He was very professional with our new born and had lots of helpful information for us on taking care of her. Glad we picked this pediatrician would recommend them to anyone
If I could give 1,000 stars I would! First off, I took my 5 month old baby here as a brand new patient after a horrible experience at Camelback Pediatrics. Camelback Pediatrics has major phone issues and when you finally did reach someone, they wouldn’t call you back for days. As a new mom, it is extremely important that you have a Doctor and an office that makes you feel heard. Pediatric Associates did just that! From the first moment we chatted on the phone the front desk staff answered all of my questions and when I had a question for the Dr, not only did they call back with answer but Dr Leonard PERSONALLY called me back … WOW! Also, Dr Leonard has been our saving grace! He makes me feel so comfortable and doesn’t get irritated when I ask lots of questions.. he truly cares about your baby/child and goes above and beyond… I feel so comfortable here and I’m so thankful to have made the switch to Pediatric Associates. Side note- my husband also came to this office 33 years ago
The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. They are not flexible or understandable; if you are not on time, they will not take your child. They don't care if you have to schedule your whole day around, leave work, or take your child out of school early; they won't take you or try to accommodate you even if you call ahead. It doesn't matter that when you are there on time, you'll likely wait for 20-30mins in the waiting room; just don't be 10 mins late. Also, I must mention that Dr. Leonard was very rough with my newborn, and I had to switch to another doctor, but it seems like doctors there are never available. Save yourself headaches dealing with rude staff. I rarely post reviews, but with this experience, I had to. I do have to mention that the place is nice and clean.
The girls in the front desk are so rude and extremely bold over the phone. The nurse practitioners are very nice. The doctor not so much tall older, Caucasian man with glasses, didn’t care to remember his name, didn’t really listen and clearly gets annoyed about blw but I just can’t stress how rude and disrespectful the front staff is definitely making you dread taking your kid to the doctor when dealing with postpartum anxiety and depression.
Super disappointed. Was recommended here for my 5 day old newborn, and was told since he had his first appointment today somewhere else we were just desperate to get him in somewhere and it was the first we found they are refusing to take him as he somehow no longer counts as a "newborn patient". We offered to redo his first appointment and everything. Clearly not very caring or the least bit flexible.
Have been great since day one. Just called in and scheduled an appt for my son within an hour and a half. They are good at squeezing you in as quickly as the schedule allows. Very professional and courteous doctors and staff.
So glad I came to Pediatric Associates! I took my newborn to a different office originally and had some of my concerns overlooked. A medical professional had recommended I look into Pediatric Associates and more specifically to see Dr. Lococo. Each visit so far, the entire staff is pleasant and professional. Also, they are very on time! Dr. Lococo takes her time during the appointment to answer any question and is very helpful and genuine in her approach. Highly recommend this pediatrician for parents who are looking for a place that respects your wishes as a parent while also prioritizing child health care.
We're new to the area and I wanted to establish a good relationship with a pediatrician for my 3 young kids. I called the office and said we're new patients and I'd like to schedule an appointment well visit for my 3 kids. She said I'd need to provide their medical records and I said that's not a problem we have all of their immunization records. She preceded to tell me no, you need to go onto our website and fill out the medical release records for and turn that in before you can schedule an appointment. I said really, I need to do that before I can schedule an appointment, that sounds strange. She said yes and hung up. I talked to my husband briefly and we both agreed that that sounded strange and we've never encountered that was necessary before scheduling, so I called back. I believe it was the same lady that answered the phone and said I wanted to schedule a well visit for my 3 kids. She began asking their birthdates and names. Then realized we were new patients and said oh, we need your medical records to make an appointment. I told her again, I have all of their immunization records. She said no that they needed more. I told her we'd been traveling the past 4 years and don't have detailed records and immunization records should be enough. She put me on hold and another lady came on the phone. She said she talked to the office manager and they don't think we'd be a good fit since we've been traveling. I said we're settled now and want to establish a relationship with a pediatrician. She continued to say we needed more records. I said I've never had a problem scheduling my kids before and have only needed their immunization records. She then stated that they only book 2 appointments at a time so we probably won't want to go there because we have 3. I said that's not a problem at all. She then threw me on hold for over 10 + min until I hung up. I've never had such a hard time scheduling a well visit and felt very unwelcomed from the start. I wouldn't suggest going here if you're new to the area. They should just say they're not accepting new patients instead of being so rude. I understand a lot of places are short staffed, but kindness can go a long way and
