My sons have gone to this dental office for many many years the staff members are very friendly. The cut off age is 16 or 17. Never had any issues and they have early appointments and the late appointments around 5:30pm. The new location looks amazing. I definitely recommend this place. They will see you pretty fast so your not there waiting long. They definitely take their time and explain everything to you and your children before doing any procedure We will miss Coming here since my youngest is now aged out. Thank you for the best dental experience
I’ve been enjoying coming to the new location. The interior decor of the office looks very appealing! I don’t have to wait very long to be seen which makes me happy. The dental assistants explain the needs and concerns well. The kids like the new office as well! Great job everyone!
The staff worked at a nice pace and were very productive the waiting room was very clean. There were also things for the children to do upon waiting for the appointment in which they did not wait long. The Dentist made certain that we understood the procedures that will be done and what to do with follow-up care.
My youngest son is a patient here. I'm always pleased with the Staff, they are friendly, professional, ready to answer any questions/concerns and the wait time is very minimal. Atmosphere is inviting and always cleanThank You PDA Staff for all you do and making my son comfortable when in your care
I absolutely loved it there ! The ladies were soo nice, we didn’t wait long at all ! As soon as I checked in my son got called back 5 minutes later. They did x rays and all, called me in for consultation and referred me to their oral surgeon! All my questions were answered! Thank you ladies for making our first experience a good one
Very clean, big, so comfortable & they work fast..I been going there for 20 years since my oldest son. Now new bldng & it's same nurses I love it... thank you to all the nurses & doctors they doing great job.
I visit this place almost 5 years with both of my kids. Only positive experience! My kids never scared to go. There is no crazy lines and waiting time. Recommend!
PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! A complete waste of time. I scheduled an appointment 1 year ago and when I went in the day of the appointment there were about 5-6 kids waiting before my son. Mind you they called me the day prior about 5 times to confirm my appointment. Not so sure if it was a booking issue. I called to give a complaint and the supervisor told me they did not have any available slot until July. I said absolutely not! I Wasted a day of work and my time. I am sure I am not the only person to have gone through this here! So PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND NOT GO HERE!!!!!
Every time we go they are sure fast and friendly! Nice environment and spacious! Great dentists! Kids love it there too!
My appointment was at 8 o’clock I got in and out by 8:45. I can say my son was in and out definitely like the new building. I like how things were so smooth at this office. I was happy that the nurse was able to make his six month appointment around the time when there’s no school for him.
