If I could give no stars I would. Their lack of professionalism, accountability and responsibility is devastating. I had my 2 kids scheduled to get their COVID vaccines and when we checked in for our appointment they informed us they didn't have the vaccine in stock. I had to wake up my 2 kids from nap to be there on time and drive 30 minutes each way. Someone should have called prior to the appointment. The front desk attendant kept saying it's not her fault and no one is taking responsibility for their actions. This is a zero tolerance issue. Unfortunately, I'll be looking for a new pediatric group. To edit: I called the office manager and left a message. When she called back she did apologize and take full responsibility for the issue. I appreciate that she is owning up to the actions of others and hopefully better training and accountability will take place in the future.
We've brought our kids here since they were 4 & 5 years old, they will be 17 & 18 this year. I absolutely LOVE Dr Jimenez, she has been amazing all these years, she is Family. Our kids have never felt uncomfortable and I've never had any issues here Thank God because a good pediatrician is hard to find. Not her, not Dr Jimenez, she is Fabulous.
Unless you want to be treated like garbage by the doctoes and staff don't bring your kids here. They have absolutely no compassion what so ever and they'll turn everyone and their mother against you. They'll even tell the world what a sorry parent you are. They're not here to help anyone. To be edited: There is nothing to talk about. You all did my son wrong and then turned around and lied on me saying I was talking about abandonment. I never mentioned anything about abandonment not one time. Y'all just wanna make a white disabled single mom look as bad as you all can make me look by making all the allegations y'all wanna make. I do everything for my son, which was why I brought him in today. Y'all wanna lie on me....don't even think about telling me to contact y'all to further discuss this. There is nothing to discuss. I have nothing to say to any of you. So just consider this review our method of communication. I don't need a ration of your garbage.
Office supervisor would not accept medical exemption for mask. Went as far as to deny my sick 5 month old son to his scheduled appointment unless I went against the direct advice of my doctor. Discriminatory practices are already gross, but taking it as far as to deny a baby access to their appointment for diagnosis/treatment? Someone more litigious than myself is going to sue the pants off this place unless the office supervisor gets a reality/attitude check real quick.
Our 2nd child was given her first vaccinations here, apparently the doctor that you are getting acquainted with does not do that and some random, burned out employee comes in to do that, she entered the room, said hello while looking at her the computer, pulled on our baby's leg to straighten it out, it should be bent...I guess to stretch the muscle and do it more painfully then did 3 shots 2 in one leg, then pulled on another leg and did the last shot, although our doctor said it would be 2 shots!!! When asked why were there 3 shots, she said they were out of the vaccine that had them all together thus 3 shots needed to be done... I would have appreciated to be notified. Besides all that, we were sitting in the room for an hour to see the nurse for 5 mins, doctor for 5 min, and 3 minutes for the person that vaccinated our daughter - a nurse, PA? No idea.
Super easy to make appointments over the phone. Front desk people are very helpful and nice. Doctor’s assistant is also very gentle with baby. I’ve been seeing Dr.Tu for my baby’s well visit checks. She is a fantastic and wonderful doctor who was recommended to me by my OB from Texas children’s hospital pavilion for women. Dr.Tu has great bedside manners, answers all of my questions in a really calm way. She reassures me when I worry about baby development. Thank you so much Dr.Tu and her team!
Unbelievable the service they have over the phone I called to make an appointment a lady picked up the phone she was super Duper rude and impatient, I cannot imagine bringing my kids over there or myself but obviously she don’t care because she don’t own the business, lost another Cutomer with excellent health insurance! If I could I will not even choose one star completely 0 stars!
Good doctors but can’t keep a schedule to save their lives. They ask you to show up 15 min early and run half an hour late. They want respect for their time but have none for yours. They need to schedule more time for each visit so they are not chronically late!
We have been taking our little one to the doctor here, and we are quite happy with the doctors and staffers we met. They were proactive, at times, when explaining concepts new parents wouldn't be familiar with, which was greatly helpful. The nurses we meet here are respectful and proficient with what they do. Regarding wait time, it hasn't been terrible for us. We wait between 5 - 20 minutes, which is not too bad for any clinics. Waiting area has a large space and has a separate room for new born babies.
We love Dr. Ho. My daughter has been his patient for over 5 years and we have always had excellent care. They have after hours appointments along with Saturday appointment for sick visits. All the Doctors who have seen for sick visits have provided excellent care. The answering service always calls back with an answer and a recommendation. If you happen to have to take your kid to the Urgent Care associated with Texas Children’s, the system is the same and patients history is already in the system. Waiting time is minimal but I do not rate a provider or the care based on waiting time. In my opinion, human care is unpredictable and time is not a factor to rate quality of care. The office always make an effort to be on time and keep you informed. Overall, they do above and beyond and I highly recommend.
