This branch used to be obe of the best.. today it was the worst .. They served me an Americano 20% empty cup. I requested an extra shot that cost $1 in other locations, here they charged me $2.75. And then they added on my sight around half shot quantity to the cup

This store may be popular for many others. Today I decided to have a coffee outside after months. I have experienced two incidents here. 1. I asked for ceramic cup for my coffee and employee handed to me a cup seem to be unwashed. I tried to wipe off the dripped line of coffee outside with my finger and it did not go away. It means the cup has been like that for awhile. I asked for replace to paper cup and employee did with unhappy face. 2. I have reward to Peets, and today I tried to open the app while I order. The employee was supposed to ask me before she closed my transaction. When I was able to open, and she told my that she already closed my transaction. And she started to lecture me that I need to do than scanning when I am ordering which is I know. Won’t go here ever again.

Does anyone remember the old name of this coffee place? Anyways, where else in San Jose, CA, can you literally sit for hours and sip always well brewed organic coffee and not feel that people are staring at you? I haven't found another. I hardly get something to eat but when I do, it's great, I have no idea what some other goofgle are talking about. The people that work there may look cool or unapproachable but they never have an attitude when serving you and have always been extremely prompt when I go there.

Love the coffee and treats but, THEY DO NEED TO WASH THEIR WINDOWS. They’re disgusting!

Don’t go on you’re 15 they take more than 15 minutes to give you your drink

This has quickly become my favorite coffee shop. The location is great, right on Santana Row, staff are friendly, orders are prepared fast most of the time; there has been a couple of misses unfortunately, and I live the outside seating. It is quite limited during Covid, but still I enjoy sitting here and getting my work done!

Nice coffee shop to chill out but sitting was limited due to construction work outside during our visit.

Berry cream scone was delicious, iced chai was a little weak for my tastes. Service was good despite large crowd.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
