People are friendly, relaxing sene when you walk in, WiFi signal is excellent. Good quality drinks. And fast sevice,dog friendly

Good Ole' Starbucks! Such a convenient place to go, being as there really is one, on just about every corner. I feel like if you review one Starbucks, then you are reviewing them all. The only thing that would set one Starbucks apart from another Starbucks, would be the employee's or the service that you received as a customer. So, I have not been to Starbucks in while now but the other morning I was out early and I felt like I wanted a warm drink. I didn't want a coffee or creamer or anything that had sugar in it. I just wanted a Cup of hot water with lemon and a dollup of honey. Very simple and hopefully as healthy as I was told it was. The service was great, the place was clean. I was at the one on the corner of Naglee and Park, in San Jose. My only complaint, is almost not even a valid one because this is a coffee joint and I want a lemon and honey drink. They didn't have any fresh lemons laying around! No biggie! I had an unsweetened green tea, instead. "Get some lemons Starbucks!" "It wouldn't hurt to offer some more healthy alternatives and slap it up there on your menu for people like me, if you don't then the tea house down the street, is going to take your potential customers!" "Just saying......and no I do not want lemon flavor in my drink."

the barista giggles nonstop like she's taken the wrong meds in the morning. very creepy.

Slow rude and a waste of time going there . Only go here if u have 30 mins to waste in the morning . The cranky barista will yell at u!

I ordered two large caramel frappucinos and they gave me two small ones. They told me they thought I meant to say "tall." They offered me to replaced them but I was pressed on time. Other than that, I think the service was fine.

Close to home my mobile order is always ready when I arrive. The Barista's are all very polite, and friendly.

Rude staff. Complained to me asking to have milk on the side for my coffee. Didn't bother asking for my name for my sandwich. I love Starbucks otherwise but I guess it was about the employee problem or racism issues ...
