Starbucks

We live in Santa Clara, we do our weekly shopping at the Safeway on the corner and many times we go to have coffee at this Starbucks. The quality is the same as always, excellent, but the difference is made by the people who serve you: In this place there are very attentive and friendly people without ceasing to be professional. Alejandra and Rosa are nice, is always a pleasure to visit them. I leave the premises with a smile. I recommend this Starbucks highly.

Previously had given this location 5 stars but… senior lady at the register has a unnecessary smart attitude when taking my orders.This problem and with only this exact senior lady employee, has been an ongoing issue for months.On a positive note, every other employee seems to be friendly. Also Mochas which typically take a bit of extra time to make at other coffee shops are done pretty quickly, so as with any other menu item in general!!!

Hit and miss at this one..one time they had to redo my order 2 times Update: they got there “Stuff together” I’ve been in probably another 25 times since my last short review, they have definitely upped their game, I have tried many different drinks and all were stellar!!! Employees are also fantastic!!! This location is a must “skip the one on Campbell Ave in downtown Campbell and come to this one TRUST ME YOU WILL BE WAY HAPPIER!!

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 minutes for a nitro coldbrew and a breakfast sandwich. I have an appointment and decided to grab a coffee with plenty of time. Had to leave without receiving my food as I was going to be late bc of the 30 minute wait time. Save yourself, go ANYWHERE else.

This place is so freaking dirty I do not recommend nobody going there there are filthy dirty Outside patio has never been pressure washed They have no chairs Bathrooms are filthy dirty Inside the chairs floors are dirty they're not organized Tables never Ben wipe down They're coffee taste like water they don't know how to make a proper coffee Either taste like water or it's too bitter I don't think these employees they care about customers

Far too much whipped cream in an espresso con panna... The goal is not to fill the cup to the top or past the top, for the that matter with cream. Quite warm inside as well.

Went to get a cup of chocolate. It is always so good . This is my favorite place to go for a cup of chocolate. Thank you Starbucks . My name is MARY. I would give you more stars if I could.
