Pella Windows and Doors

We had our whole house redone with Pella windows and are absolutely loving them. Floyd Coffman was our salesman and Jeff Woodard was our installer they were both very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Floyd has continued to call to make sure we are pleased and satisfied even after installation. They have done everything they said they would do.

I love the look and quality of our windows. Jeff Woodard the installer and his partner were great! Their workmanship was excellent! My Pella Sales Representative Floyd Coffman was also easy to work with and very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend buying directly from the Pella Showroom. I purchased my upstairs set of Pella windows from one of the well-known “home improvement stores” last year which was a big mistake. The comparison of the quality of the workmanship was night and day, as well as my satisfaction with the window quality.

The installers did an amazing job on my windows. They are beautiful. The ordering process was hard because several windows were omitted and several others were wrong. Pella made it right with minimal discussion. We are very happy

I had 3 Pella products installed 16 years ago that recently need some repairs at separate times. Shelby and Aaron were both helpful in getting appointments set up for someone to access the problems. Brandon was sent in April to handle repairs to my sliding glass door. He was able to give me contact info for a carpenter who could complete the additional work needed for the door to prevent sticking. When the shades in my Pella windows needed to be replaced, I asked for Brandon to come again. My recent dealings have been with Sam Oliver who has been a pleasure to work with. She has coordinated the order information and contract. I would recommend buying Pella products for their quality, and the professionalism of their team.

We recently had a replacement door put in. The temperature change in the room was noticeable the first night. Everything about the door feels like quality. Chris was knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient with the process. The shipment of the unit was as promised and install crew did a great job. The experience with Pella has been very frustrating. A window was missed in our original order and then flagged when the official measurements were taken and noted it would be ordered. Unfortunately our sales representative, Jerry Church, neglected to order the missing window and we did not find this out until the installation started. The stucco was cut away by the install team before it was identified that the window was not included. After all the other windows were installed the measurement on the missing window was taken for a third time and noted the window would be ordered. We have been following up with Pella for over two months and was just notified today 100 days after the stucco was cut and the other window install started that the window was AGAIN not ordered. The communication from Pella is substandard and it is difficult to understand how the customer service team and the sales team are not communicating when we checked in with our service contact regularly for a status update. We have had the other windows installed for over three months with the stickers still on them as the team noted final inspection cannot take place until the final window is installed. We continue to wait. And wait. And wait.

For my fellow semi-truck drivers delivering to this location. You will dock on door #3. It's not numbered, but 2&4 are numbered. You may have to back between 2 box trucks, but there is a faint blue line on the drivers side of the dock to help you get straight. My appointment was for 7am. I showed up and docked myself at 5am took a nap till 7am. The dock workers are friendly enough. Don't be an a-hole to them. They will probably show you the same courtesy.

The quality and finishing touches are in the fine print. Yes, Pella makes a great product and these people supply a great product, however, if you count on them to install Your doors rest assure, you need to read the fine print!!! They left me with one door without handles or deadbolt, and they left me another door without the finishing product completed as I would’ve expected to include the wood inside frame painted. No big deal, it was only 16,000$ for 2 doors.

Great friendly people. they are top notch. i delivered a truck load of windows and doors they got right on it and unloaded my truck on the spot. i was even over 30 minutes early for my appointment!! Thanks!!!!
