Amazing studio! One of the most beautiful cycling studio I have ever been. The front desk staff is super nice and helpful, there is a lounge/bar area where you can sit at the table with a tea or order a smoothie and relax on a couch. You also have access to the Wi-Fi. The amenities in the locker rooms, showers and studio are very good, everything you need is provided. They will give you cycling shoes if you don't have your own. The classes are all different, and you can find what you are looking for among all the great instructors there. If you live in the US and can't go to the studio, you can also get the app and access to live to the class or do it on demand.

The staff was great from Day 1 to Day 4. The instructors were very accommodating to all of the Home riders. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to get in shape. The live spin classes add another element in you fitness regimen.

Absolutely in love with my peloton bike. Purchased it unknowing of how much I would use it for the strength training classes as well. There are so many different instructors and class types to chose from it is hard to imagine that anyone would not like Peloton. It is the perfect way to jumpstart your workout habits by having it in home.

Peloton is the best fitness experience, both in home and in studio. The staff members are friendly and accommodating while the instructors are fantastic.

I LOVE it here!! Go participate in a live filming of a peloton class! Some classes during the day are also free. Free shoes, nice showers, locker room and cafe. Cafe sells smoothies and açai bowls. Staff is great here. They take care of you as soon as you come in and during studio rides. I'll admit to being part of the cult, but anyone wanting to know more or curious about the bike, just go in and say yes or yes.

Loved being at the live studio in NY. The instructors are great and stop for photos. Clean and open. Yummy juice options from juice/coffee bar. Can't wait to go again!

It was incredible to witness the behind the scenes action of their live classes. The studio setup is inviting and comfortable with great seating. Plus an awesome smoothie bar smack dab on your way out.

We made an appointment to view the machines. It was easy and felt very safe. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, no pressure, and honest. It was a great experience.
