This pharmacy appears to hate its patients/customers.  Isiah was rude from the minute he answered my call for no reason. and then was too incompetent to cancel the rx, then charged me 100 for a medication that is $45. No one could explain why this staff member did this. I have yet to be reimbursed.

Terrible customer service. Waiting on meds that were supposed to be shipped on Friday 2/7 and didn’t get shipped out till Tuesday 2/11.  I wonder how they would feel if this medicine were for their family or pet.

I wish customer service was better and was able to get what I need for medical practice.
