Some of the most unhelpful people work here. The company pays these people to tell you fend for yourself of your liking for something. If you book a appointment but they don’t have the shots no effort will be made to let u know so u can not miss a day of work or remedy the situation once you wait for an hour in line to find out they don’t have the shots. Waste of time save yourself the effort and at least go to a different Walgreens if not a different company all together
Made an appointment for my 90 year old mother to get her flu shot. We showed up on time and the person behind the counter says sorry our flu vaccine has expired. If you go there make sure you normal prescription are not expired. Ridiculous!
Their hours are not accurate. The pharmacy isn’t open on the weekends which would be nice to know. They NEVER ANWSER the phone either and it takes them around 72 hours every time to fill a script. All around worst Walgreens I have ever been too. Also their machines are always down. Last week we had to checkout at the photo area and today they said we would have to wait 30 minutes for the system to work again. All around horrible experience every time I have to go to this place.
I was looking for a product at Walgreens and they send me to this specifically Walgreens because they said that the product is at this store and guess what? The store clerk did not want to search for this item so this is a disgrace No I drove all the way over there and they did not want to sell me this product
We made an appointment for covid booster shots and we found out that pharmacy was closed due to staff shortage when we arrived there. They didn't notify us at all.
So this walgreens was not professional at all. So first off I got carded for vitamin E tablets??? That did make any sense at all. Then the person at the register was moving extremely slow. Most walgreens works either work fast or a normal pace. But this one was moving so slow like molasses. This place needs to change up.
The pharmacist was extremely unprofessional. He made a comment to his coworker about how I looked too young I'm almost 30 to be receiving the prescription that had been prescribed to me and then they continued to joke about my "baby face". Thanks for creating more stigma around medications for mental health Walgreens pharmacists. I'm never using this pharmacy again.
Honestly probably the worst pharmacy in the world. Slow and unprofessional. Constant issues with filling mine or my husband's prescriptions.
This is a terrible pharmacy. My husband received a text stating that his medication was ready, so we drove over to this location, where the staff rudely stated that it would not be ready until Monday. It was Saturday. I stood in line for a second time to explain that he would run out of his medication on Sunday and to ask if there was anything that could be done. The pharmacist had it ready immediately. I thought this was just a misunderstanding but my other experiences with them have been equally bad and I will not be going back. Today I sat on hold for over 40 minutes while the clerk kept putting me back on hold without saying a word. They did not answer the phone and say can you please hold or anything, just immediately on hold for 40 minutes. I decided to transfer my services to King Soopers who answered cheerfully right away, put me on hold for two minutes, and said that they would have my prescription ready tomorrow.
Im typically not one to leave bad reviews but i guess there's a first for everything. I went in today around 9:50pm and was not notified upon entering they were closing at 10. Once I got to the register around 10:01pm a female employee at the register refused to ring me out and told me to leave everything on the counter.I asked here where could I pay for my items and she replied to me "no where" then She proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else and started mentioning other stores. Hurts because I have been an ongoing customer to this Walgreens for years but not anymore! Worst customer service ever! They should have made sure all customers were out of the store before closing the register. Considering the employee was laughing while on the intercom it's pretty obvious the employees here clearly do not take their job seriously.
