Do not shop here. The hair extension product I bought for $150 was not good quality what so ever. The clips didn’t work and therefor the extensions were useless. I go to the store the next day after talking with the store manager. We agreed we could do a refund. I show up at the store 10am when they open. It is now 10:34 and no one is there. Completely unprofessional and unreasonable.

Shante and Zoey both helped me and made it so much easier than if I had to figure it out myself. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and were very nice and had great customer service. Ill definitely come back to this Sally's when I need anything for my hair.

I was just at this store to exchange a hair dryer & curling wand I was given as a birthday gift. I didn’t have a gift receipt but Sally’s return policy is that you can exchange the items for something else or they can put it on in-store credit for the lowest price the items sold for within the last 60 days which I verified with corporate prior to taking the items in. When I got there a really polite and friendly girl who had a knee brace on was eager to help me and told me the amount I had to spend but she just had to double check with her manager. The manager walks up, the girl explains the situation and the manager cuts her off with “no it’s against our policy to exchange those items” in a snappy manner. I told her I already spoke with corporate and that’s not their return policy at all, their return policy is exactly stated above and I can pull it up on my phone from their website. She replies with “well I can pull it up too and it’s against our policy.” This isn’t the first time I’ve have issues with this manager either, she is ridiculously rude on a constant basis and refuses to follow corporate policy. The other girls apologized to me as I was leaving and I assured the manager I’d be contacting corporate about her for the third time this year. I did go back out to my car to check that these items are not on the list of things they don’t accept back for return/exchange and it states- “Hair Extensions, Body Jewelry and Piercing Implements, Clipper Blades and Other Blades, and Fashion Earrings: Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns of these items.” I hate to say “avoid this store” bc the other employees are amazing, including the other manager older lady who is very sweet. However, I will say that I would avoid interacting with said manager at all costs. If you have an issue in which you need to deal with a manager, I’d either wait for the older woman to be there or find another store who actually follows corporate policy.

I walked in around 6pm and there was one sales rep who was incredibly helpful to two women who were incredibly condescending and flat out rude. One of these ladies bragged about how she used to work at Sally Beauty and was a hairdresser. With her bad, red hair, I doubt it. Anyway, the sales rep did relay relevant information to the lady, who was going for gray coverage, even though this lady didn't want to listen to anything anyone said. I think she just wanted to argue. I think the sales rep should go acknowledged for being helpful and relevant. I think Sandra was her name.

I went in with an idea and photos of how I wanted my hair to look but I couldn’t figure out how to get it that way. THANKFULLY multiple associates were more than happy to help me figure out what I needed and gave me good tips on how to get it redder, or more copper, or darker or lighter. One lady in particular wish I noted her name was super helpful and spent time making sure I knew exactly what to do and which colors and developer to get. Thank you sallys!!

Horrible customer service! The place is the has the rudest inconsiderate employees I have ever encounter at a retail store in my entire life. The entire staff including the manager is problematic. This location is toxic for more that one reason - go anywhere but here. I have had so many bad experiences at this store. They could fire the entire staff and I still wouldn’t step foot in the door. This store hires trash people with terrible attitudes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this particular location at all cost. I can’t say enough bad things about this store. Just trying to do my part to ensure the safety and phycological well being of other shoppers.

A great go to for my beauty needs. I was able to get some great hair care products for an awesome price. Love their mini make up, especially the eyeshadows!

Love the friendly service! The 2 ladies that helped me out knew exactly what they were talking about. I went in with the intention of only getting 1 thing but left with 2 things and couldn't be happier with the second item they recommend. So happy with the results of my hair, couldn't be happier.

A fun location to take my 7YO granddaughter. We bought chalk hair dye and she was thrilled to be able to dye her hair yet it washes out. I have purchased hair and beauty supplies here as well. Prices are reasonable, selection is good, sales are very good, some giveaways with purchase. Great for personal manicure supplies: polish, nail files, etc. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
