Hey, grilled cheese steak is mouth watering delight. They do need to pay attention to details. Unsweetened and sweetened tea was mislabeled. Men's bathroom had sticky floor and assume the urinal is out of order by all the paper towels in it. Had to ask for lemonade which was ordered but had to remind person since it's kept behind the counter. Fries are fantastic. Good food, just needs better management.
Both my mother & I enjoy eating here. The food is always fresh, hot & delicious! The lady that works there is always friendly and remembers different items we have previously ordered. If you’re looking for a great sub look no further than Penn Station on Dirksen Pkwy.
Fabulous Friendly Service!! Before placing my order, I asked if a particular sandwich was really good or just okay!! The staff person smiled and said “That sandwich is VERY GOOD”!! I took her word, ordered it and was in HEAVEN, it was so Good!! The entire Crew was immensely helpful, cheerful, friendly and FAST SERVICE!! I DEFINITELY will be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PENN STATION ON DIRKSEN PARKWAY!!!
Steak sandwich was so delicious and fresh. Great sandwich. Fries were not fresh tho as promised and lemonade was weak.Food: 4/5
The employees are fast and friendly to wait on you. They always welcome you and thank you as you are leaving. The wait time for your food is sometimes a little longer than you would like but understandable if they are short staffed, as so many businesses are these days. The food is great but a little pricey.Food: 5/5
First time going here and I loved it! Luke and Bethany helped me pick out the perfect sandwich for myself and even talked me into ordering some fries and lemonade. Great customer service skills and a very clean place. I’ll definitely be back!
This place is simply amazing! Super friendly , they handle our big order with ease! Super delicious and always correct. My family tries to each at this location at least once a week.!
Very friendly staff food is amazing. I live closer to the other location but choose to drive the extra miles for a great experience! Cheesesteak is a great option for any first timers too!
1st time at a Penn Station, loved it! Had the cheesesteak, grilled perfect, great seasonings and wonderful service. Wishing we had one closer to our home in KC!
Very good food. I had the grilled Italian with small fries. It was delicious, but a little higher priced. Dining room was very clean.
