In a way I miss old Penn Station, but the renovations are welcome. There's more space, it feels cleaner and brighter, and more to come. Truly easy to get around and to get virtually anywhere you need to go.

Too busy place having many stations for traveling.
The station is very modern and it is very easy to find the train you want to take. The staff is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to ask passengers' needs.
