Professional, prompt, always courteous, solution finders!! I love this location and EVERY employee I have ever had contact with! I need lots of trucks on short notice, these guys always come through with clean, well maintained vehicles. They'll Even get you out of a snow drift during a declared state of emergency! Simply the best team here!

My husband went in to rent a truck and stood and waited for over 15-20 minutes while the man on the phone never even acknowledged him, even after he was taking care of a Caucasian lady. I guess my African American husband was not important enough to acknowledgeWOW, WOW, THANKS FOR NOTHING.... I REALLY WISH I COULDN'T GIVE A STAR ....

My wife and I were very stressed out about renting and driving! a one-way cargo van from Milwaukee to Phoenix. Lucky for us, David, Zack and Brooke at the Carmen Ave MKE Penske did a wonderful job of putting us at ease, answering all of our questions and getting us on the road. Several tiny glitches were immediately cleared up, even when were out of state! And...the drop-off in AZ went smoothly, too! 10 minutes later, our Uber driver picked us up and we were on our way to the airport.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could.. We had a reservation and got there when they opened at 8:00. No one was there and the door was locked. Long story short, 1 hr 15 mins later the guy in the shop helped us after we called corporate and talked to the district manager. Caleb was the shop guy who helped us and he was awesome despite not being trained on the administrative part of the business. 5 stars for Caleb. The person who was supposed to work that day never showed up. It took several calls to get anyone to help. Then we ended up with a truck that had a cracked windshield and a hole in the top of the truck. Of course it rained and water was going inside the truck. Will never recommend them to anyone. Edited: no one took our driver's license info when we finally got thr truck yesterday so we called today to provide it so we can drive it tomorrow. The woman who answered had an attitude and told us we had to come in. We needed to leave no later than 8:00 am but the ones near us don't open until 9:00. Unbelievable.

Great service here! We needed a truck ASAP and they were able to deliver & even went the extra mile to bring a truck from another location for us.. just amazing service. The price was great too! So when you need to rent a truck, this is the place to call/go!

At the last minute our U-Haul rental was canceled. We drove to Penske and Zach opened up the office even though it was already closed to help us get a rental for our move. He provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I recommend working with him and Penske for all of your moving needs.

Commuted across the country and never had a concern at all regarding the truck. Just a FYI they are regulated to a peak speed of 75 mph/vs. The competition peaking at 55 mph. This allowed. E to make great time on the road and also not concern myself with getting a ticket. Amazing experience!

Don't have them fix your truck! Good help is hard to find! But, 1 month later and issue was never fixed. Leaks just as much as prior.

Cole was the absolute best person I've dealt with in customer service in a LONG TIME. Stuff that wasn't his problem, became his problem and he had a solution. He went above and beyond and made sure I made it safely across the country. 100/10. Would recommend to everyone, Cole is the reason I will use Penske in the future and recommend to others.
