They went out of their way to get us the truck we needed on the busiest moving weekend of the year. Everyone there who helped us was extremely professional and personable. The truck was immaculate and in excellent shape. The staff here made me a Penske equipment rental customer for life.

Have always preferred Penske Truck Rental over Uhal. During this move the car carriers bearing had a major problem and it took 4 hours from the time we called in for the replacement carrier to arrive and that was because we were in a remote place. The break down put us behind on our destination time. We called Penske and they have excellent customer service. We asked for our hotel to be paid for the extra night and Penske gave us that back plus a little extra. Thank you Penske for having great service and it's nice to know there are still companies around that value their customers.

By far the best price, that we found. I cant compare to similar services from other companies, but this truck seemed as expected. Noisy, uncomfortable, no frills, but got the job done.
