ADULT AND INTERNAL MEDICINE: I wanted to send an E-mail to their patient advocate, but there was no contact information. IF YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO CLEAR YOUR SCHEDULE. Phone Tags conversation will get you no where if you need a paper signed, I had to schedule an appointment just to get a health insurance form signed. Phone calls on hold are more than 15 minutes, longest wait for me was 25 minutes. You schedule an appointment and they call you back saying the have to reschedule like your life should go around theirs...It should be the other way around. You get scheduled even farther out than your original plan. Appointment is at 9am, not seeing until 20- 30 minutes. Some staff could be in a better mood on some days :-( I am slowly loosing faith with this place, used to be very punctual, friendly and filled with resources to help. Now its overcrowded and has seen better days, I am looking for a new clinic very soon.

Well...called 2/20/2018 5 times and was on hold for the nurse 10 to 20 minutes at Time with no one answering. I sent in a portal request asking for Dr iosif for advise because I was having breathing difficulty. Nobody ever responded!! Now I'm very sick!! Hhhmmmm someone needs to know about this. Lets see if they call after reading this. If not...I may call someone else. I am in fl which is why I did not make an appointment Someone needs to answer the PHONE!!! And respond to the portal!!!

I have been with PMS since 2007 and have received excellent care from many of the doctors and nurses and med techs! You don’t judge a med center on a few rude staff you report them.

I would never recommend anyone to come here. The pediatric office staff are shockingly rude and apathetic about their jobs. They will allow a line a people to form at the front desk while they chat among themselves without so much as a ‘be right with you.’ They are unhelpful, unwilling to facilitate (I had new insurance and they insisted that my old insurance was still active, even though it wasn’t. Offered few solutions of how to remedy.) Now I’m writing this review while being on hold for 25+ minutes. Spoke with a supervisor and it seems like they don’t care, so that’s the reason for the review.

Have been with Pentucket for 8 years over the past 2 years they have gone down hill all the good Drs and nurse practitioners are leaving and they are left with Doctors with horrible attitudes who make patients feel about an inch tall and if your Dr leaves it's now September the Dr accepting new patients is a 3to4 month wait think they got to big for their own good
