Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service

This a good pep boys location. Mark, the manager is very professional and is enthusiastic about his work. Never had any issue with the work done on my cars there, and if there was an issue they make it right with no BS. They have all the parts I need and if they dont have it, they can get it in a day or 2. Service mechanics are all very experienced and highly qualified. Nothing but good things to say about this location.

This location is magnificent. I come from NYC because the experience is so great. Please Do Not look at the negativity of complainers. If people could change their 4 tires in the time it takes to change two, then why in the world would they waste their own time to go into a store to have it done for them? Think about that, does that make sense??? This location is usually crazy busy handling many vehicles. If you think you can get things done at a better price why go there and complain about it, Just Do It! Go to that other place. In this day and age we have choices galore and we should never, ever spend our dollar in a place we don't like the customer service or any service for that matter. For Service, go to this Location and ask for Juan the Manager, if he is not there, ask when he will be, for he will surely take great care of you and your car to the best of his ability. We are not super human, so we should not expect others to be that way either. It is a shame to see adults whine and complain and get mad when their children do it. Don't wonder where they learn it from, for the fruit does not fall to far from the tree. This location will take great care of you and if for some reason something does goes wrong give them a call or go back and tell them about it, they will indeed make good. Luis G & Kim are the best.

Incredible service the manager Marc was extremely helpful and very knowledgable..He also was very accommodating. The staff ordered a few pizzas and offered some to the people in waiting room everyone was saying in the waiting room this guy was amazing..He is probably boss undercover...5 stars!

I thought I was relatively satisfied with the tire mounting & balancing that I had done at the Hackensack location a few months ago. That is until today when I had to remove my wheels for maintenance. The lug nuts were so tight that I needed a four foot breaker bar to loosen them. Thanks & Nice Job referencing & applying proper torque specs to my vehicle you Stunod. Those specs are “ s p e c i f i c “ for legitimate safety reasons.

I’m not going to get into the HORRIBLE customer service & the ridiculous amount of money they charge. I’m also NOT going to contact customer service so they can “review” my case.... yea I’ve seen the response to the 1 star reviews. What I will say is DONT come here unless you want to waste your money And want to waste your time. I will also side eye the positive reviews about the manager Mark.
