The best person to talk to is Cesar(manager), I think he has more knowledge then the dealers. He also has the best knowledgeable Techs working the, especially Rob. I NOT only take my car there, but my wife's car, and now almost my whole family goes there, and it's a big family. Very TRUSTWORTHY staff.

Terrible experience. Took two hours to perform routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). While the time it took to perform the service was a minor inconvenience, this next sequence of events caused true angst and frustration... Technician failed to re-secure the splashguard on the undercarraige of my car after it was ready (my car requires removal of a splashguard on the undercarriage of my car to access the oil release plug). I noticed a loud scrapping sound during my ride home and upon inspection, noted that the technician failed to secure 7 of the 10 screws holding my splashguard in place, causing the splashguard to drag along the highway. I called the shop to explain the situation, and they denied any wrongdoing in their mistake in improperly securing my splashguard to the car and losing 7 screws at their shop. They refused to take responsibility for their error and offered no apologies whatsoever. The rep, Victor, told me on 5/6 that they would view the security footage and call me on 5/7 to provide additional details as to how this occurred. I never received such a phone call. I contacted PepBoy's customer care and still have yet to hear from them. BEWARE and STAY AWAY!!! Poor quality workmanship, and poor customer service. Tried to save a buck by coming to Pepboys instead of the dealer and I truly regret my decision.

I choose the wrong oil type online so they said they had to switch it. But they switched it to a synthetic oil because they said it was recommended. After I got home, I checked the owners manual and it's not.

1st time at Pep Boys on route 17. The employees were nice and helpful it seemed like the service was quick. On the way home my sister and I noticed that the car ride was a lot smoother and quite than before.
