This is my third time using this location for tire installation. Always a positive experience and they are pretty fast with the service. Probably why they're usually booked. Recommend using the online portal to schedule. Once you're in their really friendly and a good price compared to other shops.
I have taken my car for services at this location several times now. The employees/mechanics are great, they're nice, professional, knowledgeable, and get the job done. I've been able to get my car in and inspected then fixed in a timely manor everytime. Always a 100% satisfied customer after getting my car back each time. Will definitely continue on using this location for my cars needs.
Got me in on time. Completed the service in less time than quoted. While the price was high, that was a function of the over-priced battery that Jeep forces you to use. Pep Boys installation price was very reasonable. The two dudes I talked with were nice guys as well.
We were late getting to our appointment to get tires put on. But they managed to get us in the same day, the wait wasn't bad. Nick took care of us he was friendly, helpful and took care of the car.
Took my car in for brakes and Nick at the front desk was very professional and helpful. They had to get someone to deliver some new rotors but those arrived to the shop quickly and the service after from Justin was done pretty fast. Overall a great experience at this Pep Boys.
Got 4 new tires installed. 2 out of the 4 rims on my car now have deep scratches on them. They wouldn't do anything about it. Said we didn't do it and there machines couldn't do it... Well something in your shop did. Very disappointing
I was lied to about the quality of my car battery in an attempt to force me into an additional purchase I didn't need. I was told the battery was "shot" and needed replacing. As it was under warranty, I took it to the location I purchased it from. They tested it. Not only was it still good, it performed better than it was rated for. Upon returning to PepBoys, I was told the reason for wanting it replaced was it was leaking a bit. There is a MASSIVE difference between "Shot" and "works better than expected but leaking." Just like there's a big difference between an engine being "shot" and "an oil leak." I shouldn't have been told it's "shot and needs replacing." I SHOULD have been told. "It's working great, but there is a leak you'll want to keep an eye on." Even the diagnostic paperwork I received upon picking the vehicle up states the battery is good. Places like this give the entire industry a bad reputation, and perpetuate the opinion that mechanics are out to squeeze whatever money they can from people in need. I'll be finding a different place to service vehicles from now on.
I have used so many auto repair shops over the last 40 years and was always concerned about how truthful the diagnosis would be along with the quality of the repairs. Once I found this location and the manager Anico well over 10 years ago, my concerns about a mechanic taking advantage of me were gone. Anico is very straight forward and very trustworthy. He and his crew, many times, have gone above and beyond to help me out of a 'bad car' day.
Aniko and his staff were very helpful in finding the best tires for my truck AND for working with me to get the best deal. I'll definitely be back.
Ok ok ok all of you humans out there…. Don’t let most Jiffylubes hoodwink you. This PEPBOYS RIGHT ON 1390 PARKER Rd, will and did do me right!! Integrity, time management, good work ethics are in play with empathy and compassion as needed per customer. Aneco , the manager and Nick and their male staff on Dec 12&13th 2022, took great care of my needs in my situation with a radiator, a damaged thermostat and a much needed possible hose replacement. Humans hear me out! I started out at jiffy Lube on Same street as this PEPBOYS, and that was on Sunday December 11, 2022. The service at this other company was so poor, that I was embarrassed, humiliated at point that their staff that day wasn’t giving me, a five year customer any type of “5GAME“. The service I paid for wasn’t given to me nor was the product I paid for to have done to my car done correctly. It was sloppy and my vehicle was mishandled. Therefore, I said I need to confirm THE ALLEGED issue with Aneco the manager of PEPBOYS. You all, Nick the front desk face of PEPBOYS worked what seemed like hours to find me a radiator. When he did, low and behold once product came this company’s warehouse to Nick he and Aneco saw that the company errored; sent wrong one!‍But WAIT there’s more good news! Aneco and Nick reassured me that the part would be in tomorrow Tuesday Dec 13, and got me transported home and back to them each day prior and on that particular last day! They transported me back to and from PEPBOYS with a call asking me in store when I was there and when I was at home if I needed a ride back to PEPBOYS. Wow, first class feelings! I felt like I was catered to that my vehicle was in TRUSTED HANDS and his staff knew what us humans needs are when we are in the store telling them our situation! PEPBOYS understood THEIR MISSION they apply their personality and leadership in this store! It looks great on Aneco and Nick who represent the store well. I’m no longer a JIFFY customer, I’m in with this management until Aneco retires! He’s a fantastic representation of what 5S look like in person. Thank you NICK at front desk you are always making things happen for the team in back putting in the work and time in to finding parts and taking time to ride the train with us humans who tell you our problems upset and all…. when we are sitting or at home. Last thing humans…PEPBOYS Phone etiquette is on point not distasteful nor disrespectful in this whole place too! Humans, don’t give up on this management keep them close they got our best interests. Now lookThey are human too so give slack as needed … I’m just saying… Thank you Aneco for saving me money and causing me to have some money left to make a Christmas for my family as well!! You are an Angel in my eyes if not one, then Sir, you were used to Be a blessing to me. May you receive back what give to others like me, Sir. You helped turned my situation. Thank you. Of course you all know the vehicle is running Great!!!
