Perfect Brows

I always get my wax, and eyebrows done here. They know what they're doing

I've beem several brow shops to find the'perfect brow' like this. The lady is kind, and I am 100% satisfied with the result

Went for eyebrow threading. The place was completely empty so I was sceptical. The young lady was very pleasant. She washed her hands before starting. That was a plus for me. Since she did a good job and the place was very clean I got a Brazilian wax as well. The service was fast and she was very nice. I believe her name is Bowme. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town

The first time I went for eyebrow threading, i had a good experience. The second time I went, the woman had NO IDEA what she was doing, and did a TERRIBLE job. She didn't seem to care, either. I think i may have been her first client ever. I am so tired of inconsistent results at places like this. You mess up my face as part of your training and then you want me to pay for it?! Never again.

Went in for eyebrow threading and I also mentioned “eyelash extension”, the older lady called the other associate to come assist me, and somehow told her I wanted eyelash tinted? She asked some question and it was my first time so I agreed to the “black” tint which I thought she was asking for the procedure for extensions. By the time I knew it, they misheard me, or miscommunicated and I didn’t want to wait another hour to get my lash extensions down. Kind of annoyed but wish they asked more questions and not just assume. I had no clue they offered lash tint, and not sure why they heard that when I clearly said eyelash extensions.

I have been a regular at this place for over a year. But my today’s experience has been horrible with the staff. They are listed on groupon and offer discount percentage on waxing. Because of me being a regular they have always extended this Groupon rate to me without me having to show them a voucher. Today there was a new lady at the counter and I asked her will Groupon rate be applicable even if i didn’t download a voucher and she said “okay no problem. However after the services she charged me the full rate. When i questioned, she said i never agreed to apply Groupon rate. I showed her the rate on my phone and said I can download the voucher now. but she not only flatly refused to accept that voucher but was extremely rude in her response when i asked her why she didn’t say so before I started the services. Too bad they lost a regular customer not over bad service but purely because of bad behavior.

Explained that I was trying to change the shape so that the arch was near end of brow instead of near nose. Also wanted to decrease width a bit and even out. Instead, she removed the bottom of the front end of my brow so that I now have a horizontal brow with no arch on one side. Very upset as takes YEARS to grow out.
