Perfect Brows NYC

Came here for a lash touch up as my usual place was closed. Satisfactory touch up, so I decided to come back for a new set two weeks later. Big mistake. I still have irritation 24 hours later, cannot put my contacts in and am going back to my usual spot to have this whole mess removed. She was pulling my eyelids so hard she poured glue into my eye, kept making mistakes and ripping the lashes off with her bare hands until I literally screamed for her to stop. Unbelievable. Not to mention I was charged $100 for this nonsense and these are NOT mink lashes mind you.

Horrible spot. Left eyebrows uneven because all they did was talk to each other and not focus on the job they are paid to do. Do not recommend at all!!!Service: Eyebrow threading

I’ve gone to the same woman here for a while. Today I went and got someone new that I shouldn’t have trusted. I asked for a bikini wax. She clarified multiple times with me asking if I wanted bikini or Brazilian. I confirmed that I wanted a bikini wax every time. A few minutes in she starts waxing an area that I didn’t want waxed… and again I say I wanted a bikini wax… she laughed it off and finished the wax. I felt so horrible and the salon was full so I just paid and left but that was the absolute worst waxing experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I've been coming here for>4 years. They have moved from a smaller place to a newer, much nicer locale. Punam is AMAZING! Shes very sweet, and professional. I'm very comfortable with her.

I’ve been going to this location for at least 5 years now. The women have all been great and they always listen to what I need instead of doing whatever. Helps maintain the look I love. Amazing work always!!!

Very good!! They have a variety of treatments/specials that separates them from the rest! Overall very quick cheap and great service!

I have been going to this place for years. They are pretty good if you are specific in exactly what you want. If you arent use to a certain style dont leave them to decide. They also give out little tickets and after about 5 visits your next one is free. Love it here.

Great for other waxing / threading but not my go-to for my eyebrows. Always very lovely & polite though. I never have to wait for long & great prices.
