I’ve gotten a lot of work done with dr Ochenrider. He is courteous, straightforward, professional, and talented. The staff is great as well. I highly recommend cottonwood perfect teeth.

It was a cleaning visit. Dr. Ocenrider sic Did the exam and it all looked good. As usual he was friendly and very professional. Coutney did the polish and was very good at it. I have forgotten the hygenists nsme so sorry but she was really good and it take long at all Thank you everone.

Dr. Ochenrider has been my dentist for several years. His staff is always professional and easy to work with. They're really helpful.

I wasn’t in the system for some reason even though I had confirmed my appointment 3 times. I was seen rather quickly though .EVERYONE appears to be rushing.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing braces for the third time, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this orthodontic clinic. First of all, let's talk about the staff. The receptionist seemed completely uninterested in helping me and barely acknowledged my presence when I walked in. She was rude and dismissive, leaving me feeling unwelcome and unimportant. But the worst part of my experience was when I had to go to another clinic to fix my permanent retainer that was put in. Not only did it break and I was uncomfortable, but it was also causing me pain. The receptionist at this clinic did not want to help and told me that I needed to figure it out. I had to spend additional time and money to fix their mistake, which was incredibly frustrating. Lastly, the cost of the treatment was exorbitant. I understand that orthodontic work can be expensive, but the prices charged at this clinic were completely unjustifiable. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and that my financial well-being was not taken into consideration. Overall, my experience at this orthodontic clinic has been nothing short of a disappointment. I would strongly advise anyone in need of braces to seek out a different provider who values their patients and provides quality care.

The staff here is friendly and caring. There is no B.S. they show you and take the time to explain. I don't usually leave reviews. But after being at other places where they are trying to corner you in to things I don't need. There is no hidden fees, or billing issues. They are on point and prompt. Great service. Dr. Ochenrider is the best!!! Kind, cheerful, explains everything he is doing and why, gentle and takes the time to listen. Wish I'd met him sooner. I came in at 7am for a filling. Was seen immediately. I left at 7:25! Amazing. The office is clean with good hours. Front staff are polite.
