When I walked in there nobody was there to help, after waiting 10 minutes to get assistance. They saw us and didn’t even ask us if we needed anything or greet us, I went upstairs to tell the guy I needed fish, he snapped. Saying I had to wait and he couldn’t be two places at once. He was very rude and told me to go somewhere else then. He didn’t even try to apologize, I never have been treated so rudely by an employee. I’ve worked in stores and the customer is always first, I wouldn’t have minded waiting even more than I already did if he was nice about it. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER !

They really try to give you your best time and they help you pick out the best animal for you. Thyes have good discounts also very friendly :)

The smell when you walk in is pretty powerful. They have a pretty good variety of fish but they're definitely overpriced.

Excellent service & knowledgeable staff. Owner has over 25years in the business. They also install and maintain aquariums in homes or commercial locations. Top notch on all levels!!
