Pet Supplies Plus

Prices are a little high, even with their rewards membership. However, we have 4 animals 3 dogs and 1 cat so we kind of have to go here. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. My biggest dog Sampson really loves the wash here, more so than our bathtub. It's easier for him to get in and out. Good places for animals. They act like its a paradise when they go in here. If they love it, I guess that's all that matters is making them happy. So the pros out weigh the prices being so high here. Will continue shopping here.

I bought a pair of dwarf hamsters about three weeks ago. They were kept with appropriate conditions and supplies. Both completely healthy. Both turned up dead in their cages a week apart. Employees at the store admit to be investigating their current breeder for poor practices, but continue to sell that breeders animals! I can no longer support a pet store that puts profits over humane breeding!

Pet's Plus is my go to pet supply store. I don't shop anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and even offer to carry your purchase to your car! Great customer service!

I have found some Pet Supply kitty litter here that has the best price in town. They consistently make sure someone carries it out to the car for me. Whenever my cat needs something, it is available here. I am confident that if I need anything else they would probably have it. That is reassuring and good to know. They always want to know if I am satisfied with their service. I think they want to make it the best possible. Maybe it is.
