We have always enjoyed bringing our puppy in here! Zoe and Eric have been nothing but friendly and helpful every time we show up! And now we're getting a bearded dragon for the first time. Christian answered every. single. question we had abut caring for one and was extremely helpful as we were learning about this new pet! He spoke with a smile, and made sure we understood the answer to everything we asked. Thanks to those three! They're the biggest reason we continue to shop here

The staff can be a little hard to find sometimes but my experience at this store had been good. The staff is helpful and will go above and beyond to help you with your issue. I've never been disappointed with any of their products.

I visited this location in December to get a fish for my daughter and their customer service was great! There were two gentlemen that helped me and both of them went above and beyond to make sure that all my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed. They also made great suggestions and I ended up purchasing a few other things that I hadn't planned on. Good job guys! Keep it up!

I love Petco. I have never went back to Pet smart. The petco staff are always nice and knowledgeable.

Staff is nice and all, but the ONLY reason we go to that petco is because of Cody. He needs the biggest raise. Crickets are cheaper at pet smart, but I don’t mind paying any amount extra if Cody is there. He needs to stay.
