Best Friends Pet Hotel

We took our dog to stay there while we went away for the weekend. We were promised a picture of her but we didn't receive it. When we went to pick our dog up we asked why. They apologized and said that the next time we board our dog there they'll give us a free picture. Our little girl was very happy to have the playtime with the other dogs. So because she was happy we were most of the way happy. I believe we'll use Best Friends again.

Everyone at this place loves animals and treat everyone's pets as their own. We have used Best Friends since about 2004(?) and have loved them since. Our boys -- Rufus, Wrigley, and Harley -- frequently visited. Wrigley, whom we took for baths roughly bi-weekly, loved going and they always did a fantastic job grooming. Our boys have gone to doggie heaven but when we decide to add another four-legged kiddo we'll be sure to call upon Best Friends again.

I won't board my dogs anywhere else! My dogs are excited when they walk in the door (which isn't an easy thing for us!). The front desk always sends photos during their visit & gives puppy play report cards. I love this place!

They did a really great job on my dog Freedom. I loved the scraf she had on after as well.we will b back.the only thing that I can say..is I wish it didn't take all day..

This place is horrible I seen them kick dogs litteraly out of anger I worked their also they seem very racist they only give certain people hours they dont communicate well with their employees my pay checks wasnt correct they never fixed them or gave me what I worked for I would not recommend to anyone
