Groomer Jason is very good with the animals. Have a border collie that HATES baths and nail trimmings, but gives him no problem, would highly recommend.

I would never use this kennel again. My dog came back decidedly thinner (he is a very athletic daschund, but was skin and bones when he came back). He also had a scrape on his nose. When picking up the dog, they brought out the wrong dog, which makes me worry that they did not follow the feeding instructions (or perhaps even FEED my dog). He has been wolfing down his food like never before and is just now filling back out. Perhaps this is a rare occurrence, but do NOT take the chance.

Not sure but I don't think our dogs were let out much because they were manic when we picked them up... (we've kenneled our dogs somewhere else several times - with no issues). Beware they charge for a full day for Friday is you drop off at 5.15 (close at 5.30) and they charge for a full day Monday too when you pick up on Monday morning. Do NOT plan on going back.
