Petco Animal Supplies

Petco always have the products I am looking for my dogs. The grain free dog food and healthy treats are easy to find. With the Petco card we get extra savings in the mail for us when we shop. We save additional money with the card. The store is always clean and the employees are most helpful. They also have specials for shots for your pets.

Had to wait forever to get help because no one seems to work there. Hampster chewed through the box they gave me to take him home. Couldn't get him out of my car because he bit me and kept hiding. I called to complain and they could tell me was keep him cool and there's a thirty day money back policy. Totally ignored the fact that I kept bringing up the boxes they use. I felt like I was talking to a wall.

I went into Petco for one item... not only were they out of the size of the item I needed, they were out of every size of the item. Not only were they out of that item, they were out of everything that even resembled the item I needed. And to make things worse I couldn't find anyone who worked there that seemed interested in helping me find anything. This experience made me realize why I quit going to Petco years ago.

Me and my wife were in this store this afternoon to purchase food and treats for our dog and had the rudest experience with the store manager and one other employee. With a combined 30 years in customer service experience between us we have never allowed any employee or manager to ever speak to any customer or client in the manner that we were spoken to this afternoon. That mamanger and employee would have been fired immediately and the customer compensated the for the way the customer had been treated by their staff. We will never step foot in one of these establishments again. I am not sure what the markup on their products is for if it isn't for customer service. I don't have any interest in prolonging the life of this establishment by purchasing anything from them. I will happily pay twice as much for the product from one of their competitors to not ever step foot in there again. I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from this store. Piss poor customer service. Thank you so very much Petco for your lack of respect for your customers

They have a very small selection of items, and when asked about when they get new aquatic shipments in I was told 4 different days, none of which were eight upon talking to a manager be complete happenstance. The staff is okay, but uneducated about the store and products. It's okay if you know exactly what you're looking for and don't need help from the staff.
