I shop at Petco for all of my pets for many years. Excellent service and staff. I love seeing and talking to their birds. Great healthy food selections and a very tidy and clean store. I’m very happy when I go to this store.

I love this place. It's right down the street from my house, friendly and respectful staff. When I first got my puppy, getting him the right treats and food was challenging. I was spending a lot of money continuously trying to get him the right treat until the staff told me I was able to return or exchange for something else that he likes even if it's open...YAY. Now, we get all his needs with this petco.

The guy Vincent from salon refused to give haircut to my dog because he thinks it will takes too much time to brush. My dog is 3 years old and he went to the salon every month. No other groomers refused to do so. This guy has low work ability and bad attitude to work. Will never come back

Updated 2/18/23 Candace is very helpful. Deven was very helpful today. April is was very helpful last time I was in. Upgraded from 1 star to 3. For grooming caused seizure. Terrible experience there my dog had his first ever seizure in their grooming department they never called me they took him to a vet and then my dog died a few years years later after being on medication and it was a very horrible experience and I would not recommend ever going to their grooming department. I just saw an ad on TV that they’re now called a wellness company and it just like made me sick so that’s why I’m writing the review now. Never use their grooming. And if you think this is a one off search Google for Petco dog injuries or dog deaths.

Fresh water tank were under quarantine. Looks like fish they had a big outbreak of fish ick on eight or more tanks. Plus a lot of dead fish in these tanks.

Great place for your pets needs! People can bring their pets and the staff is really nice. They welcome you in but they don't bother you unnecessarily which is something I appreciate. Great section of fish, birds, hamsters and reptiles. They also have all the food and items you need for your pets. Lately it looks like there are less items.

My wife called the store and they were ride to her. We ordered online and they never informed the order was ready, we called they were rude and gave wrong information...

Just moved to this neighborhood and took my dog Macy in for a complete grooming, she is very shy and prefers not to be handled by strange people. They were done in no time at all my dog was groomed to perfection and was wagging her tail and obviously in love with her groomer. I am Too and I count be happier with her and petco. Customer for life now, as long as that groomer is there, tx you soooo much for taking such good care of my bby, she means the world to me.

I always had excellent customer service at Petco and very helpful unlike that other store you guys is competitor PetSmart they don't help for anything they're too busy on their phone talking to coworkers as customers are coming in not paying attention

Large space, wide variety, chill atmosphere, small animals and fish seem well cared for. Fun place for small kids to visit.
