I scheduled a grooming appointment way in advanced. I receive the text and confirm my appointment then I receive a call today stating that my appointment has to be canceled because the groomer is out. I ask for someone else and then I am told that no one else is available. This is so unacceptable.

After waiting 3 months for grooming appointment, I was informed by the Groomer I person that they can't groom my dog because Corp said he too old they now only take dog under 12 year old. No one contact me to informed me the new rules. Unfortunately Manager was not on staff to address my issues.

I was very pleased. The staff is always so courtious and professional. Michelle is always helpful and very caring to our pup. Anthony....OMG!! Just amazing and has the best spirit ever. Kids and puppy can tell good people, and Anthony was just awesome.

Lenny was super helpful! Answered all of my brother's fish questions, he even made sure to double bag our pictus catfish.

Not a pet owner myself but for pet owners out there Petco is the Walmart of pet supplies. Everything from high quality pet food to pet toys and grooming products are available here.

Great customer service when I went into for online pickup. Found out if you don't pick up your items for 5 days they refund your order. I was able to repurchase the items that I wanted. They matched their own online prices which was cheaper.
