I went to the store to shop. I usually order online then pick up in store but my $15 coupon wouldn't work. I think it was because there was another coupon already in my cart that I couldn't remove. The manager Susan was really patient and took great care of me. I really appreciate the great customer service from her and the girl who rang us up.
Seriously Amanda and Tatiana are amazing groomers! Not only did they do exactly what I asked for perfectly but they were so so kind and took extra care of my girls! I can tell they care how my dogs feel. I've been looking for some groomers for the past few months and I'm so happy I finally found the perfect pair!
I would like to do two different ratings cause the groomers there all of them are phenomenal and your customer service sales people in the store can learn a thing or two from them. Anytime I go in there they never contain my wet cat food I need. Doesn’t matter what day, it’s all sold out. Working at a pet store in the past I know for a FACT that they can order more supply and inventory they just won’t do it. When I approached a sales person to ask why they didn’t have adequate inventory they said and I quote “You just need to come on the day it gets delivered or first thing the morning after” Like what?! So now we are telling customers that because they don’t have proper inventory to meet demand that I need to work my schedule around their inventory?! Second trip, I needed a litter box. A small simple one to hold me over. Close to 50$?!!! for a SMALL litter box. It’s because they are scamming you now and selling the bottom piece for like 27$ and the top piece for over 15$ and NONE OF THE COLORS EVEN MATCHED. I called over a girl and asked why they are choosing to do it this way since I’ve never seen them sell them separately before and she goes “So you can choose your colors!” Uhhh what?! The colors don’t even match and my cat is going to poop it it, I don’t really need it to have an aesthetic to it. I literally felt like I was in a terrible twilight zone both times. I then went to amazon and found a litter box for 18$ for the exact same thing with a lid and all! I have not stepped foot inside since and if I do it will ONLY BE for grooming, pretty sure that’s the only reason this store is still alive and running.
Customer service was pretty disrespectful. I waited in the line for like 15 to 30 min with 5 different people in line and I’m waiting for DoorDash that was already paid just for somebody to walk out from the back and rudley told me that the order is here sitting right there lady in the front grey hair is superrrrr slow should put Someone else on register
I had to purchase live food but was hesitant to buy from the store again after having purchased dubia roaches $10 and super worms also expensive and after bringing them home noticing a bunch were dead. This time we went in 25 mins before close and checked the live food and noticed a bunch of them were dead on top. However, I was unable to get anyone to help me before close and had to purchase anyway. I bought wax worms and dubia roaches. When getting home and pouring the wax worms into container I smelled a horrible rancid smell and noticed only a handful were still alive.most of the ones that were alive were grey in color and died over the next two days. The dubia roaches werent in much better shape. If I'm going to continue to pay premium prices I expect premium products and services and I simply haven't been getting that here. As a reoccurring customer over years for fish, reptiles and dogs I will give this place one last chance. Otherwise, I will be taking my business online elsewhere.
They do have a very good variety, what I love is the aquarium section. They have tons of variety of aquarium plants in terra-cotta, which is amazing. Plus, the staff was always eager to help.
Petco had everything I wanted, helpful service and friendly staff. Plus they will take back any tow your pet doesn't play with in 30 days? So I bought lots of things for my new !
Don’t order from Instacart and try to take the item back. Ordered a dog harness and my dog could not handle it. Took it back with my Instacart delivery receipt. Would not refund my account UNLESS, I called Instacart to get their delivery receipt. Had to get a gift card per their policy. Had NO issues at pet-smart for the same issue. Lesson learned!!!! Will shop at petsmart.
Do not waste your money getting your dog trained at this location. We spent two sessions just feeding our dog snacks trying to get our dog to even go up to the trainer. He litteraly was never trained to do anything. The whole time the trainer just tried to give him snacks so she could pet him. We went to the second appointment and the trainer forgot about our training session and we stood at the front of the store for 20 minutes waiting to track down the trainer We were not happy at all and very unprofessional. Instead of the general manager calling us back she communicated through another employee by text to relay to us. There was zero training and this is truly feeling like a scam and shame on the general manager for not calling us bacl. The general manager should be ashamed of the unprofessional disorganized chaos. This was truly the biggest waste of money I have ever seen. I filed a complaint.with corporate and my bank. Also the first time we went into this location a charity for homeless pets was in front asking for money. I was willing to donate to the charity cash. The male worker told me he can not accept a cash donation unless I want to donate to him personally??? He literally opened his pocket and wanted me to give.him the $20 so he could keep it. This is insane and this location is so unprofessional and disorganized. Everything about this place shouts scam
Went there for my little dog to get cleaned up. Amanda is great. My little dog hates to have his nails clipped and she is the only one that is able to get the job done. Amanda is so patient. Thanks Amanda!!!
