Great groomer. Scott is kind, seems quite knowledgeable, and great with the dogs. Clearly a dog lover. Terrier grooming can be hard to find, and I've only found one other place here in ABQ that does hand grooming, but Scott is definitely superior & also less pricey.
Scott does a wonderful job on our babies. No one else we've tried even come close. Highly recommended.
Great experience. Got both dogs nails trimmed on a walk in. Took about 15 minutes total and very reasonable prices. Owner is very good with the dogs and my dogs are a nervous wreck normally.
This was a first time grooming experience for my 1-year-old Great Pyrenees. She's a true pandemic puppy, and has not been socialized very well, So I wasn't sure how it would go. However, when I went to pick her up she was calm, and just hanging out looking comfortable and beautiful. She looked, smelled and felt wonderful & clearly was very comfortable with her groomer. Highly recommend!
After losing our prior boutique groomer to retirement, we shopped around a bit for a new groomer. We were extremely pleased to find Scott at Waggin Tails!! He does a wonderful job on both our large and small dogs. Our Goldendoodle’s coat can be difficult to manage because she gets matted easily, but Scott always gets her looking perfect. His expertise and recommendations for certain brushes, etc. have been spot on to continue care for our dogs in between appointments. Plus, he’s very friendly and our dogs love him!
Scott does an amazing job with my two girls. They love going and are happy to see him which speaks volumes! They even let him trim their nails which had been an issue at other grooming places. Scott genuinely cares about the animals he works on and has good advice and knowledge. He's very reasonably priced as well. You rock, Scott! Thank you!!
First time visit today and it was great! Scott is very knowledgeable about dogs and you can tell he cares for them. Both my shih tzu and little chihuahua were left looking wonderful! My shih tzu thought he was a show dog on the way out we will be back.
I was going to Scott for quite a while with our 3 dogs. One afternoon we dropped them off and within 20 minutes or so Scott called and said to pick your dog's up, I can no longer groom your pets. I was not very good at brushing my Maltese but he seemed to always make them look great. This particular day wasn't a good one. My maltese was still wet and raggedy. I felt he could have at least finished the job and then politely fired us. I have been going to another groomer and haven't had any issues with my maltese having a rapid heartbeat as Scott stated as the reason he could no longer provide us his services. I just felt betrayed at that point, because I too liked him. You left us hanging.
