We have not had a good experience with this group. Highly overpriced. Told them 2 years ago we didn't want to use them anymore but was still autorenewed for 3 more years. When brought up...they wouldn't fix it. They refused. Even refused to discuss who our vendors were stating it was private and confidential. I had already spoken to the phone company at the corporate level. They are not holding us to any contract. Must be why he doesnt want to give me the information that I pay almost 2k each month for each center for. Seem shady to you? Wouldn't you want to sit down with your client or call prior to 60 days to check in to see how the 3 long years of experience was ? Nope! Nothing. Terrible professionalism. I do not recommend. All about money. Shame on them.

I've been doing business with Craig Petronella and his team for over 4 years. Petronella Technology group understand IT, security and new technology solutions like online marketing, marketing automation, artificial intelligence, blockchain and they take on new ones as they become applicable to businesses. They are forward thinking, provide excellent customer service and are extremely trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to any business owners needing technology services of all types.

Craig Petronella and Petronella Technology Group are my go to for any IT, computer networking, and security issues. Craig is extremely knowledgeable about all things IT and keeps me up-to-date on the latest threats and solutions. Fast, friendly service...in language I can understand!

I'm very pleased with the expert help Craig gave. I had a computer crash and after a brief panic attack where I pictured all my work being lost, Craig calmly guided and helped me. He had my problem fixed and got me back up and running. The thing I appreciate about Craig is he is very caring, professional and down-to-earth. He knows his stuff! He also educated me about things I had no idea about and I'm certain his expertise has helped avoid costly crashes. I'm glad he took the time to educate and help me. I'm thrilled that I have a value added IT expert in my corner. Being successful in business is about having good relationships with people you can trust and Craig is definitely one of them. I HIGHLY recommend Craig and Petronella Computer Consultants.

Craig has helped us with all of our Server and Backup needs for many years. He has a solution for everything big or small. He provides world class support, locally. The team of Petronella Computer Consultants can provide you with anything you need to get off your shoulders and up into the air so that you can do your best without having to worry. Personally I like to write code, and not have to worry about how the infrastructure is every day. It's very worth it to have someone you can trust taking care of things for you, so you can perform @ full speed and actually enjoy your day. I highly recommend Craig and his team. 5 stars (*****)
