These people only care about making money off of you. I have been with them for 1.5 years now and they show no concern. everytime my contract is extended i get a generic email telling me. you got people with job titles called associate / client care and they are worthless. I can say these people don't talk to you at all. They have never once asked how the job is going. Was supposed to get paid today. Couldn't get an email or call telling me my paycheck will be delayed today 12/22 a couple days before christmas. I had to call several number and leave voicemails to be sent a text message telling me. And yes I am currently employed there. please believe im looking for other options. Rather be with a job that make you feel like a human and not a paycheck to them.

Spectraforce is certainly a company that focuses on giving anyone with a drive to work and potential, the opportunity of a lifetime to be apart of this dynamic company! They are predominantly focused on ensuring all employees are focused with a "business" mindset to get-the-job-done. They are very understanding and will do what it takes to ensure that its employees are well taken care of to reduce conflict. This is definitely a company that I will recommend to anyone and have recommended and those individuals were given an immediate opportunity! They have a quick-response time from all aspects of the company and will make sure all aspects are handled accordingly. I most certainly, will name this company a top organization that I have ever been apart of!

I will say that using Spectraforce in the beginning was a little bit of a challenge, Payroll for the first week was not correct but even though it was not, they did do their best to correct the issue and move forward with everything being corrected the rest of the time. I did enjoy working closely with my own personal rep that was assigned to me once the job was chosen for me and loved it ever since. They were always there to answer any questions that I had and made sure to keep in contact with me and check in every step of the way. I am pleased to say after 8 months of working through them I am now perm at the company they hired me to work for and I love it! I think all relationships are based on communication and being clear on the expectations and once that was done things went smooth along the way. Thanks Spectraforce!

The people at Spectraforce truly care. They really helped tremendously prepping me for my interview. They made it impossible for me to fail. They dedicated their time even providing me with their cell phone numbers for easier contact. This place truly rocks! So happy I found them. ☺😊

I currently work for SpectraForce and I am very happy they have given me the opportunity to work in a field I wanted more experience in. First of all they are one of the few agencies that follows through with their means of communication. You email them. They email you right back. You call them and they call you back. It's a matter of making sure you follow through on your end. I feel like I'm supported enough with this Agency.
