The decor in this place is fabulous. Whoever did the architecture sure did a great job. That’s about the only positive thing I can say about this place. This place seems like a less than ideal place to work. My husband came here for a job recruiting / networking event. He was interested in the business development position and came to network with the right people. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by extremely smug people including the HR woman and the senior recruiter. My husband had happened to walk in with another Caucasian gentlemen who looked like he worked at a Burger King. The senior recruiter was quick to invite the other guy inside while leaving my husband outside in the seating area. Very rude! After my husband gave the recruiter information on his background, he showed the recruiter the particular job he was interested in (hardcopy prepared). To that, the recruiter had the audacity to respond with, “Do you need sponsorship?” Ahh no he does not need your SPONSORSHIP! Not every Asian person needs sponsorship. Please educate yourself! Mind you, my husband was well overqualified for the job listing he was interested in and certainly didn't deserve to be treated like that. If you're Indian or Asian or any other race, please look somewhere else for employment because this place doesn't deserve your talent. I personally walked around their facility while my husband networked and I can say honestly that the employees have very little knowledge of what their software actually does! If someone from management is reading this, please consider who you have representing the face of your company! You just can't afford to have such narrow minded folks representing your business in a multinational and global economy!
