Worst customer service experience of my life and I am not a bad customer. From the moment we walked in we were treated terribly . I came in for a my puppies first grooming experience. I got past the snippy girl that checked us in and was hoping for the best . My kids and I left being told our 4 month old Yorkie could take 4 hours @ 6pm.. but if she’s not picked up by 9pm they would take her to the humane society - does that math make sense ? NO !.. anyway .. I left for and hour and came back to check on her .. didn’t see her in the grooming area so after wandering around for a few minutes I went to see what was up ... was told they couldn’t work with Daisy .. she was too matted — she’s 4 months old - so they basically put her in a kennel and didn’t work with her at all . “ We suggest an electric toothbrush around her ears .. blah blah blah.. good suggestion.. but hey so why didn’t she get her puppy bath .. that helps her get used to grooming .. but no .. bottom line is they did not want to take the time to work with her at all and stuck her in a kennel for and hour and 1/2 - I was told they tried for and hour..lies!! They did not do one single thing - they stuck her in a kennel. Now - to be fair I did throw out a smart ass comment above PetSmart hurting dogs - which they did not appreciate.. but I DO NOT CARE .. I am completely disgusted about my experience.. the end

It was good but me and my friend couldn't find an open worker for a while but I did get my hamsters and it was fine.

Clean store and very helpful & friendly people work there.they are always will do a special order for me for my bunnies peas& carrots they eat.

Over priced. Quality products for pets but not affordable for everyone who wants an animal.

Drove an hour and half to get there and was turned away because I was 15 minutes late.. NEVER again will I go to the establishment.. very rude and unforgiving
