PetSmart

I have been a customer for a long time. The staff is very helpful when you need them but there aren't enough reps to go around. Every year there are fewer members to assist you. I can't tell you how many times the Manager Cathy had her hands in the fishtank to help me. 3 stars for running too thin!

PetSmart has become our One Stop Shop, whether we are shopping for our chinchilla or our new puppy. We did our Puppy Training there and definitely plan on doing more of their training classes. Our trainer, Michelle, really made each class special and really did help teach our pup the basics he needs to be a good boy! The Groomers are always great too!

Came here to groom my two babies. They were in desperate need and the groomers here were sooo nice and willing to assist. My yorkie has sensitive skin, and as usual has red spots all over her body. She's usually hard to deal with because she always sits but they refused to turn us away. I will def be bringing them again. The patience, expertise, and service of groomers is just amazing.

Today I had my sheltie Cooper in for his first grooming visit. On his first birthday. The staff was amazing. Cooper was comfortable and I was reassured he would be handled properly.

Higher prices than petco but i got a nice cashier and she initiated a price match for me.
