Wonderful honest professional educated assistance with dog food and treats for our new puppy. Answered every question and was patient passionate and supportive of our concerns. Dog loves better food and no issues adjusting I cannot be more thankful the puppy too! You have a great staff and knowledge of the business without being pushy or up selling. Genuine and honest!!!!! Our Dog wheaten terrier is 16 weeks and looks great and loves his new food!!!!!

I have always found the store employees to be helpful and very pleasant. The store manager is knowledgeable and knows the products and if you can't find it therr ask. He may know a supplier where it can be found and he will order it for you. I know that from personal experience. Pets are always welcome. Even my German Shepherd Dogs. It is not the big stores that carry all the popular items, but do carry the trainer used training aides. Stop in and say hello. I'm sure you will return.

J-B is a great place for pet supplies. They always have everything you need in nutrition and pet toys you can’t get anywhere else. They have a staff that is always there to help you find what you know unlike the big stores where it’s difficult to find an employee on the floor. They staff are very friendly and makes the shopping experience very pleasurable!

This place is the BEST! The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful, their return policy is amazing and the 15% discount every Wednesday can’t be beat. Hidden gem.

Got a coupon for this place I've heard of before, but never been in, so I decided to try it. Gotta say - I'm impressed! The people there were SO nice and helpful! They all offered help and everyone was very nice! Then, I went back with my dog & there happened to be a GREAT Pet Valentine's Day Party! Even got a great picture of my dog in the "free kisses booth"!
