I always take my dog to pet smart but this time the young lady that groomed my dog tried to add on an extra fee. She says because my dog wouldn't sit still. I ex0lained that we have always come here and never had that problem. I'm addition I also explained that I should be been notified of the extra fee by a call not telling me when I came to pick up my dog. Needless to say I didn't pay the extra fee. I told her next time she should notify the customer before them coming to get their dog.

I made an appointment online for pupping training class. I called them and asked for someone to call me back, no one ever called me back. I call again the day of and they tell me what to bring. I ask if they can confirm with the trainer and the trainer says class is full and I cannot come. They do not return calls, no one knows what is going on how could anyone trust there training when they cannot even do there job. I am actually glad this happened because it really tells a lot. If you are looking for puppy training look elsewhere.

Leave you on hold up to 15-20 minutes never answer the phone you try again and you get the same running around again I've been trying to reach the grooming center for the last hour and no one answers the phone I'm a good paying customer there and I feel this needs to be changed.

So I moved to NJ in 2014 and been shopping at pet smart in north bergen Today I went in there to buys ome fish and a sign said buy 3 fish get one free. There were also a price reduction that said 5.69 normal 8.99. So according to the sign you buy 3 at 5.69 get 1 free. However that is not what they charge. They charge you 2 at 5.69 one at 8.99 and then you get one free for 5.69. I hate the way they and others con money out of you. I wass in marking and advertising for 30 plus years and these trick make me sick, It sounds like trumps tax bill, you think its saying one thing when something totally different happens. Just be careful BTW the guy who helped me with the fish was so rude all he cared about was catching a fish and putting it in the bag, I asked for certain fish and he just grabbed what he wanted. when I spoke to the manager he also was not helpful. Trying to justifide the store sign. BITE ME
