I can only give 2 stars because the girl at the fish tank side was extremely nice and helpful. She was aware of every fish and their information. She was definitely awesome. Now the girl at the pet hotel on 05/23/2018 at 2:30pm was completely rude. I just had one question and she was not willing to help me. She sent me to ask the lady at the cash register in which she was extremely busy. Honestly how am I suppose leave my pet with someone who can not even give me the time of day to answer one question. If it wasn’t for the girl in the fish area I definitely gave this store less then a star.

Went to buy some some glo fish today, was told I could not because I had to make sure I let my fish tank sit for more than 24 hours with water filtered before adding fish. No kidding, not the first time I've had fish. Was told to come back in 2 days before I would be allowed to take them home. Why? I don't live in the area and cannot come back in 2 days, I have another tank to put the fish in until my new tank is ready, but still was told no by somebody barely old enough to be out of high school that he could not help us and caught an attitude with my wife who has had fish in her home all throughout her life and knows how to take care of them. Walked out without equipment, fish and very unsatisfied. Customer service is definitely not the strong point in this place.

My experience here is never too bad. I’ve gone to the groomers twice. Both times my girls eyes were very red... I thought it was just irritation maybe from the water in her bath or something. But I’m learning that isn’t good... overall experience is fine, they didn’t clip her nails this time which was disappointing... most likely not going to this groomer location again.

I went to the boarding station to have my dog boarded for 1 night. Two young me took my dog to the back and came out a minute later stating the dog snapped at them and now they can’t take him. Please keep in mind that we boarded our dog here 7 times before without any incidents. The manager comes out and tells me I am sorry but we can’t take him and you need to find other arrangements. When I explained to him we have to leave ASAP his response was it’s not my problem

Awesome store, Alot of variety. Vets always helpful. Over all great place
