They are always a fairly clean, well organized store. I have always found my cat's food in stock and neatly displayed in the correct places. The toy selection could be a little more diverse but in general there are no problems. The cashiers are usually really quick and friendly, and when dealing with large items (like a 30 lb bag of litter) will ask if you need help to your car.

Great place for freshwater fish. Good prices and selection. Also have a good selection for birds.

They don't seem to check their tanks often, nor do they try to cure any sick fish. Rather, they seem to just let them die. Careless when putting fish into tanks, found an aggressive fish in with guppies, it had been attacking up until i told a worker who, to her credit, removed it promptly and seemed genuinely concerned. For a place that sells pet supplies, it would be great to see them make a change in how they take care of the animals they sell.

Great store. Great grooming. Of course it's a little pricey for thing there but that's to be expected. My dog loves going for visits!

Best PetSmart in Omaha. Hailey the trainer has done a wonderful job helping me with my dog Belle. Even old dogs can learn new tricks ;) The groomers were also very patient with Belle while trimming her nails
